Your Captain is someone Hernest Hemingway would have idealized: a man rugged from years pulling nets at sea who changed the history of Santorini with his career, exploits and bravery. We genuinely felt welcomed into this unique family’s traditions and legacy. Come hungry, be prepared to dance, you will be sad to say “goodbye”. Pro tip for booking: Morning tour has calmer seas, while afternoon tour gets a sunset on the water. I rarely leave internet reviews, but one more time I wanted to say thank you, Flora Family. We were lucky to be the only group on the boat for the sunset cruise that day and were treated like part of the family. Everything about the experience was fabulous-from the traditional boat which guided us through the Aegean waters, the style of fishing, the authentic freshly prepared meal, to the enchanting music! We were simply blown away. They have everything you might need on the boat-including drinks, towels, masks to snorkel, and a bathroom. If you are looking for an authentic and traditional Greek experience, do not hesitate to reach out and book a tour with this wonderful family-you will not forget the once in a lifetime experience!
