Such an interesting place to visit, which had a great impact on farmers and those that worked at the factory itself, an important part of Santorini's. My wife and sister learnt HOW to make tomato paste, but didn't actually make any. They were also given a can of tomato paste and an empty souvenir can, which you seal a lid on and choose from a few labels to stick on it. This is normally an extra €18 on top of the €12 adult entry fee. Not sure if that was good value. We had a tasting experience as well, the tomato paste is unbelievable.
