Friendly staffs with reasonable prices. TWD $50 extra PP for the crystal cart was well worth it. Immaculate view during sunny day. Staff wiped the bottom of each crystal cart. The cart windows were also cleaned with safety instructions and animal rescue information. Manual fan offered with windows semi opened for nice warm weather breeze. Round trip was nice, warm and smooth to the top. Decent selections of cafes, street food and restaurants at the top of the gondola station. Taipei located right next door. Highly recommended

Unfortunately, I didn’t get to experience the gondola itself as operations were suspended due to sudden thunderstorms. The station appeared well organised, and one positive was the availability of a prayer room for Muslim visitors. However, you need to ask a member of staff to unlock it. Worth keeping in mind if you’re planning a visit to check if the weather looks uncertain.
