★★★★★2 years agoHighly recommend - interior is newly renovated, close to ferry stops (if you have luggage, it’s a long way to walk through streets from Venezia S Lucia train station). The location is beautiful - one side views a canal (a nice wide one, not tiny/pokey) and the other side overlooks the next door neighbours garden. The only downsides are (which are no issue really, just for noting): (1) you need to check in either online (via email link, providing you passport and credit card details, which I do not recommend for general security reasons for any such payments), or check in at a related hotel 5 minutes away; and (2) there are no lifts (anywhere in Venice, given the historical nature of the buildings and their frailty) and so if you are on level 3 (which we were) you need to be fit enough to carry all you me valuables upstairs. Alternatively, you can store luggage on ground in the storage room, but it’s not lockable, although there is a security front door so only residents and cleaners could access it.

★★★★★2 years agoVery spacious rooms, comfortable bed and a really good toilet. The kitchen was huge equipped with a dishwasher. All in all a great experience but unfortunately I need to give this a rather mediocre review due to the fact that there are sharp staplers poking out of the carpet, which I stepped on last night. Please remove the staplers so that other visitors won’t step on it.
