★★★★★7 years agoThe awesomest part of this museum was the actual architecture of the building. It was quiet for a Sunday afternoon but as i strolled the cement and glass hallways with my sweetheart by my side I discovered a few gems among the hundreds of works. There is definitely a sense of Catalonian pride. All of the artists are local and painting/sculpting for a Spanish audience. The bathrooms are gender neutral and you can get a decent espresso from a coin operated vending machine on the third floor. Worth the 7 euros (2 euros if you can prove that you are a professor or are on the dole).
