★★★★★2 months agoI can’t recommend this museum enough! Everything you need to know about the history of DDR and more. You will learn about everyday life during this time, politics, education, shopping habits, leisure and even vacations. It really shows a realistic perspective on history and this specific time period. As someone who comes from a former communist country this related to my own country and experiences so much. It was a very enjoyable experience! If you want to read everything and not miss any details plan to stay here 2, perhaps 3 hours.
