    This is easily among the best croissants you can find in the city. Extremely well executed: buttery without being heavy, properly laminated, and genuinely flaky The millefeuille was outstanding. The pastry layers were crisp and clean, the cream well balanced and smooth, and the overall construction felt precise. Nothing sloppy, nothing overly sweet just very solid pastry work Their bread is also of good quality. It’s not located in the city center and requires a bit of effort to reach, but it’s absolutely worth it. Personally one of my favorite bakeries in Bruges

    This bakery definitely lives up to its glowing reputation! I stopped by recently and was blown away by the quality. The croissants are perfectly flaky and the cinnamon rolls are easily some of the best I’ve ever had—rich, soft, and so tasty. Even though there was a queue when I arrived, don't let that deter you; the staff are incredibly efficient and the line moves very fast. A super cool bonus is their bread vending machine outside, which is such a clever idea for grabbing a fresh loaf on the go. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!
