Breathtaking view of both banks from up here, however be careful in the winter: if there is snow and ice, getting up or down the hill can get really slippery. We did it on such conditions and had to be extra careful, however it was doable and much worth the effort. No admission fee, it' s just a hill, with playgrounds along the way to the top, ideal for kids.

A place with nice views of the city of Budapest overlooking Buda castle, situated on gellert hill, which is quite a walk to the top. Once there one can view the city and sit and relax on the stones surrounding the lookout. I would highly recommend a visit if In the area
