★★★★★2 months agoThis garden is the perfect escape from all the tourists and crowds on the Royal Mile. I’ve been studying here for 4 months and only discovered it today! It’s super cosy and intimate, and there weren’t many people there, which made it even better. You shouldn’t expect loads of flowers, but it’s still definitely worth a visit and shouldn’t be skipped.

★★★★★a year agosmall but perfectly formed public gardens with plenty of benches. perfect for a meal deal away from the bustle of the royal mile just a few yards away behind high stone walls. entrance is quite well hidden so keep a lookout. no covered seating but borders bursting with blossoms and bees!
