We traveled from Birmingham New Street to Edinburgh Waverley, a five hour journey on the Cross Country train. We stayed at One Motel, a short walk from Waverley steps to the entrance of the Motel. Perfect for Seniors travelling light. Lots of places to snack, pubs to loiter and gardens to enjoy.
