★★★★★a month agoA must try in Edinburgh ! A great restaurant in the heart of the city. They have a great selection of whiskeys. The drinks selection are amazing. The food is amazing. We had the ribey, flat Iron, Venison & the COD. The meats were cooked to perfection. My only downside is the COD, although it eas cooked very well but it was a soup, I prefer if they reduce it and make it as a sauce. The staff are great. They are very friendly and helpful one of the best services I had. I do recommend to book in advance as I did not have a booking and we waited for around an hour at the bar.

★★★★★3 months agoVery nice decorated establishment, very friendly staff. We had a great seating upstairs. The choice was plenty and the food was great! Our reservation was a bit late in the evening, so not everything on the menu was available and they were very sorry to inform us the Guinness was no longer available. But other then that we had a great time. As dessert I had a nice whisky tasting brought to the table by a staffmember with knowledge about the different glasses. Had a great time here, can recommend it!
