Innsbruck old town is incredibly beautiful. The ornate architecture is amazing and the streets are clean and easy to walk through. There are plenty of shops and places to eat as well as shaded seats. The old town is close to many of the main sites and there are good public transport connections to reach the rest of Innsbruck. It is only a 15 minute walk from the main station

I’m at a loss for words about how beautiful Altstadt is. I don’t know how to describe it, but it feels so calm to stroll around here. I spent two hours strolling around, and it was too short! I’m in awe of this place. The buildings, the narrow alleys, and everything look like they’re straight out of a movie.
