    What a wonderful collection of modern art in a magical historical building! We were able to spend so much time exploring all the exhibition rooms and to do some fun art videos of our own. The museum is small enough so that you can see everything without being exhausted at the end! I was pleasantly surprised to learn about so many Portuguese artists! So wonderful! And.....the actual exhibits are beautifully displayed with nicely done signage, lighting, wall coloring and framing! Don't miss this museum, it is worth it!! And one last thing, nice private public bathrooms on lower and top levels!! No cafe in museum, but nice ones all nearby to cap off your day of art!!

    This is a really remarkable contemporary art museum currently presenting a couple of women artists, too. For me after getting tired and sensory overloaded by Lisbon‘s Disney-like overtourism this was the perfect place to calm down on my last day in the city. The interior design of the building with steel and glass bridges under brick vaults is worth the visit, too. I especially enjoyed the Petrified Museum show on the floor.
