Very interesting museum about the resistance in Lyon during WW2. Housed in the building that the Gestapo used as a headquarters during the war. Hand held English audio device can be rented for 1 Euro. Totally worth it. Would highly recommend!

Two floors for the permanent and temporary exhibitions, the latter currently being about children’s toys and games during the war years, including two interesting black-and-white films. Signage throughout is unilingual French, but a comprehensive binder in English and some other languages is available to borrow. A 40-minute film shows witnesses testifying at the trial of Klaus Barbie, head of the Gestapo in Lyon. The permanent exhibition - about the Resistance and deportations - contains many personal stories, and you could easily spend a few hours here.
