My favourite pub in North England. Been coming here for years, everytime I visit Manchester i come here. Lovely staff, great choice of Ales. Great outdoor area. Metal jukebox. The pizzas are amazing (I personally recommend the goats cheese pizza or the Meat Feast. Amazing). And even better, if you have a gig ticket for certain venues in Manchester that evening, you get 20% off drinks and food. Amazing place!!

Went on a busy Friday night with a large group. The beer on tap is top notch and various pizza was available to order. Which made the night even better. For whatever reason, cell signal is very poor inside this pub. But I find that this is actually a blessing in disguise, as it forces you to socialise. Which is what the pub is all about!
