★★★★★5 months agoA must when in this beautiful city. There are so many things to see here, you can easily spend 4 hours browsing through all the galleries. A fun day with the family is guaranteed. Young or old, they will equally find this place amazing.

★★★★★5 months agoAbsolutely wonderful museum with a fantastic collection that covers all kinds of periods and subjects across Germany's history. I had only planned to look around for an hour or two, but ended up spending most of the day there as it was so engaging. What's more, is that (at least when I was there) it was wonderfully quiet and I could enjoy the full museum in peace and contemplation. I walked through entire exhibits and saw only a handful of other people, if I saw anyone at all. It was a truly excellent museum and I highly recommend it.
