★★★★★6 months agoGorgeous location and wonderful tour. Have to be honest, the tour wasn't on my top list of things to do in Palermo but my husband was interested since he remembered the scene from the Godfather III. I left a convert! The tour was fantastic, gave interesting information without being boring. The guide spoke excellent English. She made sure to give us time at each stop to take pictures, ask questions and look around. We loved being on the floor and looking at all the boxes and then looking out at the stage from the royal box. The round room with the crazy acoustics was also amazing! Very worth the cost of the tour. It runs about 45 min long at most. We went in January and there was no wait for the tour but I imagine the tours easily fill during busy times of the year. We had also hoped to see a performance while we were there. I looked at the website but didn't see anything on the schedule but one night we walked by and people were going in for a performance. I wish the website had been a little more clear.

★★★★★4 weeks agoImpressive building both from the outside and in. Loved the tour, the guide explain everything well as well as in detail. Well worth the 14 euros. As well as the theater itself there were many other impressive rooms to see including the large curcular conversation/echo room.
