Wow - the schwinbrauten sandwich was amazing. I'd skip half the restaurants in the area and get one of these with a helles any day. Bummed that I waited until my last day in Salzburg to try it. Pro tips - (1) bring some napkins, and (2) there is a nearby toilet that is half the price of other ones which is amazing if you have a kid in tow.

A FOODIE’S FIND OF AN OUTSTANDING SANDWICH STAND/KIOSK in Salzburg 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗. The menu is so very simple… Pork or Pork or Beef.. all roast! The pork (whole roast cut) is very flavorful and juicy. No extra sauces required.. There’s an option of sauerkraut garnish, but I like the taste and texture of the pork… nothing to hide. Beers are terrific… anything goes either way it. It’s a very kiosk or sandwich stand BUT big flavors. And the gentleman server (or owner) is a very friendly chap👏👏👏👏👏.
