★★★★★5 months agoAbsolutely lovely oasis of tranquility. Good plant collections and friendly helpful staff. The Mediterranean garden and the orange grove are particularly beautiful. Opening hours have been extended recently. Highly recommended.

★★★★★2 years agoLarge open area with many trees and plantings with fountains and water features. The area is clean and safe with well managed gardens. The Botanic Garden offers tours on Thursday from 9:30 to 11:00. Our guide on the Thursday that we visited was very knowledgeable about the plants and the environment and taught us all so much about Malta, the indigenous plants and trees. What a great experience. Also, it was fun to walk around the garden itself and explore the plants and trees. The area is very large with views of the cities close by. Fun way to spend a late morning. Plenty of stray cats wandering about too.
