Attended the Dance Festival Malta event here in July 2026. Great little theatre in the centre of Valletta. Lots of character and history. Close to lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Recommend having a look at this place if you are in the city.

Teatro Manoel is a beautiful Opera House and a true highlight of Valletta. I highly recommend taking the guided tour—the one-hour experience is filled with incredible history. Our guide, Jeremy, was fantastic; he was funny and deeply knowledgeable about the history of Malta throughout the years. It is definitely worth exploring every corner of this building. Make sure to book in advance to secure your spot and get the most out of the experience
