Truly stunning and beautiful view. I would highly recommend to go there in the evening to watch the sunset and afterwards watch the city lights of Valletta

Free access 24 hours. Well maintained. Just next to high end flats and apartments. You can go all the way down to the sea 🌊. Nice spot for hang out and sunset 🌆 view. Be careful when it’s rains 🌧️ very slippery. There is also a restaurant but seems expensive and I am poor.
