Absolutely beautiful and magical. Castelvecchio Bridge is one of those places that truly takes your breath away. The historic architecture, the river views, and the peaceful atmosphere make it perfect for a walk, photos, or simply stopping to admire Verona’s beauty. It feels timeless and romantic, especially at sunset. A must-see spot when visiting Verona. I loved every moment here 🧡

The best time to visit the bridge is early morning with no crowds or in the evening at sunset.

A truly unforgettable evening! My boyfriend and I had one of the best dining experiences of our lives! We visited during Vinitaly, and the team kindly allowed us to bring a bottle from our own vineyard for a corkage fee. We deeply appreciated this gesture, and our wine turned out to be a perfect match with the menu. As a hospitality professional myself, I was truly charmed by the team’s work. The service was flawless; they moved with such grace, almost like a dance. Their presence was always felt at the exact right moment, yet they remained incredibly discreet. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were perfect. It has been a long time since we’ve had such a seamless experience from A to Z. Thank you again for an amazing night, we’ll definitely be back next year!

    Ristorante Il Desco

The place is very high quality with a lovely atmosphere. Considering the level of service and the location, the prices were also very reasonable. Around Verona Arena many places are quite touristy and the quality is not always great, and the tiramisu is often not homemade. But this place was different. The tiramisu was amazing, and the other dessert they recommended was also delicious. I had a wonderful glass of wine and my partner had an Aperol. We were both very happy with the experience. We came for dessert and drinks, but the food we saw looked just as good. If you are a tourist and want a really nice experience in Verona, I would definitely recommend stopping by.

Amazing traditional Italian restaurant serving local dishes. I had the Bigoli con ragù d'Asino and braised horse with polenta and my partner had penne Romeo and Insalatona di Giulietta all dishes were very tasty. Staff very helpful and friendly. Cozy dining experience. Would definitely recommend

    Osteria al Duca

This was by far the best culinary experience I have had in Italy! It was further enhanced by our wonderful waitress, Mafalda! Her recommendations were excellent. We tried the papardelle with duck, the bigoli with donkey, the veal with mushrooms, and the horse pastissada as our main dishes. She suggested an excellent wine pairing for the horse and finished everything with great dessert pairings of Sofgliatine and Tiramisu. Mafalda has a gorgeous personality! This was one of the highlights of our honeymoon! Thank you again for a wonderful dinner!

  1. 1. Dining at Tourist-Trap Restaurants
