★★★★★2 years agoThe National Gallery is a short walk around the corner from several other parks and museums. For only 30 Baht, visitors get access to main spaces that are open as well as the sculpture garden. Visitors should not pay anymore than 30 Baht either in advance or online. They do a lot of repairs and recirculating, so everything is not always open... With that said, we had a chance to see local artists and a Thai professor's exhibition. There is a timeline of past artists influenced by Western culture as well as a welcome from King Rama IX. Overall it's worth an hour and a half of your time. Families will love the expanse, shade and air conditioned exhibits and picnic area at the National Gallery.
