★★★★★a month agoIt’s not everyday where you can walk into a church and find a sculpture of done by Michelangelo… here you can. It’s part of the museum part of the church which is worth the money charged to enter. You will find confessionary booths, alters and graves, but to stand in front of the Madonna and Child by Michelangelo, is moving. Fun fact: This statue was the only one moved out of Italy in during Michelangelo’s lifetime.

★★★★★2 months agoBeautiful church with amazing artwork, paintings and sculptures. Free to wander around however it is 10 Euros to visit the museum side and it is well worth it. The Michaelangelo statue of the Madonna and child is the highlight and beautifully preserved. The painted coffins are amazing, as is the medieval wall art. Highly recommend a visit.
