Great beer list and really good food - we got the Brugse Zot Blond beer, which was light and refreshing. For snacks, we really loved the salami and cheese plate (came with a tangy mustard and some pickles), and the bitterballen was really tasty. I got the meatballs and my husband got the stew - both were excellent.

The ambiance is very unique and relaxed and the clientele is mainly tourists. Apparently their meatballs are decent, but I had some kind of soup of the day that was very tasty. The service was very friendly. I highly recommend you visit this place if you can, it has more character than many of the other touristic places downtown. I was on my own and ended up chatting with a lovely British couple who were celebrating their wedding anniversary. If you read this, thank you for the beer!
