Hanoi Old Quarter is an amazing place and definitely worth 5. We really loved the look and atmosphere – it’s busy, full of people (including lots of tourists), but that’s exactly what makes it so special. There’s energy everywhere you look. There are plenty of spots to eat and grab a beer, and we ended up sitting in one of them just watching the life of the city go by – motorbikes, locals, the constant movement. It was such a simple thing, but at the same time an incredible experience. One of the highlights of our stay in Hanoi for sure. Highly recommended.

My favorite place in all the world. Busy and crazy, but it functions like a well oiled machine. Shout out to all the amazing locals who make this town function like clockwork. There's too much to do and see, so give yourself a good week to check things out and do everything at a relaxed pace.
