What a beautiful little hidden gem this place is! The owner Timi is a wonderful host and simply the funniest guy. Food is simple, yet delicious and the drinks are spot on. Their pistachio paste is a must buy.

Timi is a legend. Bar Timi has to be the best place in Palermo for breakfast, lunch, coffee, and drinks. The croissants are incredible. The iced coffee and orange juice were both great as well. The Negronis, as Timi famously tells everyone, are the best. A must stop in Palermo. Timi and his wife are warm and welcoming to everyone and it seems they know everyone in the neighborhood. Overall, a fantastic place to spend an hour or two in Palermo.
